That`s nice , trib. I like it.
Only nit-pics are the wings are catching way more light that he is.
A few more rays from between the fingers radiating out, and perhaps some reflected *squashed angel light* on his face and chest, and a darkening of the wings, to show the light originating from his hand.

I`d like some more goo on the *structure strips* (what do you call those ?). Maybe run the plastic wrap on that(those) layer(s) and Edit>>fade til it looks right. But that may just be me.

I have to agree with DB on the rays of light. Perhaps it would look better if you stretche them a little bit and blurred them, instead of them looking so strong !!

I think Axle and db ^^ have about summed up my initial thoughts too. Great work so far Trib and a walk on the dark side too

I altered the glow, wings and lighting a bit ... same HRL - changed image if anyone wants another look.

Heh. Good question, Steve. If you ever happen to be around a drunk Christian, be sure to ask. Another good question to ask a drunk Christian (or anybody else that happens to be drunk) is: Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?

According to "The Prophecy" with Walken, angels can be killed.

In a "Bedtime Stories for Ugly Children" issue, Lucifer found a dead angel and questioned God about it, which led to Lucifer being cast out. Excellant comic series.

As far as the piece goes, something about the light coming from the angel doesn't sit well with me.

What fun is a dead angel ??? . and anyway, if it were dead, wouldn't it's light have gone out ??

yup, the light is radiating on a single plane, instead of spherical it's circular. Make sense?

Morph .. I made it. I used a face as a template for the structure of the face ... the rest is just freehand manipulation of textures.

According to the Black Bible all archiac beings can be killed. But not by mortal hands. Demons and demi-demons can kill angels, as Micheal and his Choir can kill demons. Sorry, I know wrong section , but I had to clarify with something other than 'Movie', and Comic references. Apollyon, and Phallos where written into the roman bible as being Angel killers. Check it out. Apollyon is the Destroyer, Omega to Micheal which is Alpha. Good pic though Trib, always a pleasure seeing dark work coming to life.
