Hi, I've seen sites that have metalic-like images, and I'd like to learn how to make it. I tried myself, but it seems I can't create one. I have used Photoshop for like 4 years now, but I have yet to master that technique and more. Yes, college is helping me alot, but I still can't figure out that metalic like technique... can someone help me please? Thanks in advance.

"metalic-like images" is an extremely vague description.

Metal comes in many varieties, many forms, many textures (or lack thereof).

These may be of some help -

http://www.gurusnetwork.com/tutorials/photoshop/met_texture.html
http://www.gurusnetwork.com/tutorials/photoshop/rust.html
http://www.gurusnetwork.com/tutorials/photoshop/curves1.html

But just remember that this - like so many others - is not a "photoshop" question. It is a question of observation, about recognizing *why* things look the way they do, and what to do to imitate the visual clues that give the effect you're after. Then you can take that knowledge to your pencil/paper, to your Photoshop, or whatever other medium.

That may sound pointless and obvious, but it is the single most important concept in recreating anything visually.
