Topic awaiting preservation: Aging a person?

Anyone know of a good technique to making a person age? I know there is software to do it. But, I am sure it is based on some technique...,

Anyone ever seen a tutorial on this?

I have definitely seen something recently pertaining to this, I'm just going for a search I'm going to check here and the Gurus first, hold tight.
Also you can get this effect for yourself by having kids and bringing them up.
