Topic: Topmargin hellishness

Hi All!
I've got a table of sliced-up images and such (made in ImageReady), and want it to appear snugly against the top of the page. I've used topmargin, marginheight, etc. but still get a one-pixel margin (in Netscape, anyway) which ruins the effect.

There's a top row in the table which ImageReady created that's empty - if I delete it the problem goes away, but it throws off the table alignment a bit.

Any ideas or solutions most appreciated!

Imageready needs that one pixel row to make sure all the cells are the exact right size; if every cell's size isn't set individually, they may not come out to be the size they're specified as.

There are, of course, other ways, but they require learning table tricks yourself rather than relying on a program to do them for you.

However, in this particular situation, you may be able to just take that one pixel row and move it to the *bottom* of the table.

Hey, I'm no stranger to tweaking table tags... is it usually just a matter of making sure there are pixel dimensions set for all your cells?

And/or... is there somewhere I can read up a little more on the fine (and sometime frustrating) art of table slices?
