either set your bgcolor for your body (either in your body tag or via css) .

I think it's there because of the geocities code so you can't really get rid of the space but changing your background color should hide it

thx, that was a simple fix i wish i thought of that myself

anyway i just started taking web design class at my highschool a week ago so i think thats an ok design but i really wish our school had free hosting.
