OK when you resize the browser window, its affecting the layout flow. Someone pls help ~about to scream~

Ouch, that's some ugly code you got there. You using MS Word to make that or something?

Anyways, HZR is correct, your setting % values for both the table width. Which will render the table with at x% of the window width. So if the window width changes, so will the table width.
