I have a guess though... it could be that when you hop links, the browser is trying to adjust the screen trying to find out if there are any scrollbars or whatever needed. Hard to say for sure.. here are my suggestions: Tell us what browser you're using and what version. Tell us what OS you're using and what version. Stop using FrontPage, it's evil.
