They say to add another header at the bottom of the page, but what I wonder is - is that even standards compliant?

You did check what version of MSIE that applies to now didn't you?

Version 3.02 -> 4.01 running Windows 95/NT 4 SP1.

Seriously, anyone that far behind the times probably can't deal with up-to date pages anyway.

Of course I checked the version that it applies to. That wasn't my question.
