My underdtanding is that it enables us to control of accessibility to "unwanted" website such as sex and violence, right. Usually teacher or parent want children not access to porn or violent site so that they turn on security in his or her browser. My article said that I had to register my site with the RSAC, Safe Surf or any other group which creates ratings data. Then they send me an email to paste on my web site. Is that right?
