I cannot simply put #cccccc as my html bg color because I do not want it that dark- I want to lighten it up- hence using a 1px x 1px image of #cccccc, with decreased opacity- if I do this- then I cannot use CSS for the screen length image. Correct me if I am wrong but you cannot have 2 bg images? Ideally I want the #cccccc (30%) as my main bg color, but then use CSS to position the desired image so it runs across the screen. Loading...
