Ok i am working on a site design and im wondering if it is possible to use links out side of an iframe and have the target page ope in the iframe. I hope that wasnt too confusing. Anyway, if some one understands what im talking about and knows how to help that please tell me.

yup.

the iframe will have a name (<iframe name="thisone"> )

When you make your link, you add a target - <a href="yadda" target="thisone">.

Been a while, but I do believe it's that simple.
