The problem with all things I've tested (incl. send page by email) is that it becomes an attachment instead of showing the page in the email. Guess I'll have to keep trying.... (edit) Finally got it! The easiest way seems to be to create all layout in Word, markup the page and copy/paste it into my new Outlook message. Stupid MS...
