I'm researching how to allow a client to host a survey on their site. They have a basic HTML site with no database behind it. I'm looking to find a cheap data collection site as a third party, so that the client can have a survey as if they have a dynamic site, except the data goes to the third party database and the results get shot back for the client to view. What is out there for this situation?

also a company called Strategy9 that has a descent marketing/survey system going.
