I don't know what the end results are, but there are a few threads and I beleive a FAQ setup on how to handle the target="_blank" in xhtml - look around. As far as that error goes - you can't have a form inside a paragraph. It's also not a good idea to nest a paragraph inside another paragraph. It makes sense that it works that way - the form element is not part of the paragraph, so it is illogical to code it that way.
