Depending on what exactly you want to do, the answer may be much simpler. If the text you refer to is a link, for example, you can just put the title attribute in the link: <a href="#" title="Tude the Programmer">Tude</a> |

Im gonna take a look at that site becourse I think it´s kind of complicated. I dont want it to be a link to another page that i can do but then I would have to make ALOT of pages becourse it wiil involve 30 persons... |
