Hello again,
I put up the new site http://scentair.com last night, all tested out fine. They saw it this morning and were happy. Now they call and they can't get the site at all. I'm having no problem.
I've done everything I can think of. Their home machines and office machines don't get it but they get the rest of the net. I'm wracking my poor brain here. I sure hope you guys have the magic answer again.
Thanks a lot,
Pam

you say you put it up last night? propagation can take up to 72 hours before DNS changes are changed across the entire web, nothing to sweat. If there's been no DNS issues involved, then maybe you should sweat

fwiw, I see it

I see it also.

To expand slightly - if you have just set up the domain last night, it's quote normal for it to not be visible to some people at this point, for the reason that JK stated.

If the domain has been in place all along, then I am a little stumped, but I would think that it would be a matter of the client's own computer(s) or ISP more than a domain issue.
