The only free software I use is my brain with the rules of XHTML in my head. If that fails I would try google. I am not sure if HTMLTidy would do this, but it might be worth a shot. |

Look no further than our own Mr. Max's HTML Beauty. You won't see the feature 'out of the box', but Max did discuss how to do it in a thread here a few months back. |
