anybody know some good sites like www.e-lance.com where you can get some small jobs for webdesigning?

Hmm... I know there is a similar site at www.ants.com
I never used any of them though. Seems a bit hopeless to be one of some hundred bidders on every job. And especially nowadays when people from low-cost countries like India or Bangladesh offering to do the jobs for a few dollars an hour.

Is there anyone that has any experience using pages like these? I feel when looking at portfolios that I should have no problem winning some of the biddings. But people seems to sell their services so cheap! I feel it would not be worth my time to work for that sort of money. But then again I guess could be a good way to built some sort of clientel... And maybe the ones bidding the lowest doesn't really get that many of the jobs.

i've checked that out. they dont seem to have very much running projects.
of course the bids are so low! thanks for the tip anyway!

I'd get the book, a test exam, and the real exam, for less than 200 USD, and take the pay raise...
