What exactly is involved with registering a online company name?
Do anyone know of any good places to do this and what does it cost?
Do you really need a bussiness license just to get paid for designing web sites and graphics? Doc?

and, no, you can do DBA or even simple contractual freelancing, however incorporation offers several nifty benefits.... not the least of which is being able to open a corporate account at borders...
