When I registered here (Nevada) the tax office gave me a handout addressing what I could and could not do as a "designer". I was given a paper to take to the city saying I did not need to collect sales taxes, but I was limited on what I could provide (sale) to my clients. Basicly, if you sell a tangible product (cd business cards) you would need to collect sales taxes. You can provide the design of the cards without collecting tax on the design. I believe web design would also fall under 'services' and not be taxable. Me Again?
