UBB Help
I'm doing a web site for a hiking organization, and they will have a news/events page that may need to be updated weekly. Clearly, I'm not always going to be available to do their updates. Can anyone recommend a free or inexpensive content management software that I can connect to their page to allow them to make their own updates? This must be easy to use; I can assume that the people using it won't have any experience with HTML. I know that many people also design their own content management system. How difficult is that to do?
