Regarding the update thing and posting resumes, I was thinking along the lines you mentioned, and was confused by the request to allow them to update themselves.I thought of a couple of possible reasons for wanting this, and asked him about that, too. To me, it seems kind of unnecessary. I also imagine a high turn over rate, and quick turn arounds, unless he specializes in management, perhaps. Thanks for your input on this.
