I don't understand when you say so they can update their resumes. Exactly what is there to update? If their looking for a job I would be under the impression that they have a recently completed resume detailing previous work experience and education. If they receive more work experience then clearly they no longer need the job and education generally takes longer then the few days where employeers would be looking over the resume. I guess that really doesn't matter though. TP has a good suggestion. I would use Perl, but you could create a script that uploads the information you want in a text file to a directory of your choosing. Then using JavaScript you could read the text file into the HTML document for displaying the information. It shouldn't be too hard now that I think of it. Although you might need a database if your going to be using passwords for security reasons.
