I'm volunteering at a center against rape and am currently working on a new web design for their site. Included in the package is a new logo to replace their old one (they were just using a Word clipart in their letterhead and newsletter). Now, the logo is completed since they needed to use it on other media apart from the web site, and I was wondering, how exactly do I legally give it to them? I'm not a web designer by trade and I was doing this as volunteer work, and I know that, since I would never come back and say 'hey, I own that', they don't have anything to worry about, but I want to do this by the book.
