OK, here's the deal. I'm volunteering at a center against rape and am currently working on a new web design for their site. Included in the package is a new logo to replace their old one (they were just using a Word clipart in their letterhead and newsletter). |

DangBat: Its an interesting question and I would have thought something like a letter signed by you would be sufficient. What I would recommend is that you keep the copyright but give them irrevocable (sp? - non-revocable??) right to reproduce the logo in any form. That way you could, for example, chase up people who used the logo if the centre didn't want to bother. However, in this case it probably wouldn't matter. |
