What sucks is that the guy you did that site for may tell his friends about you, and then you have more people wanting web sites that are no good, or people who see his site and think "wow, that designer really sucks! My teenage kid can make web sites better than that!" Not to mention his friends who tell him his site sucks, and then, even though you did what he asks, he now thinks you did a bad job.
