At some point in the future you might just be grateful you gave a few hours of your time for free. There will always be people out there who don't have the required skills and/or the money to pay for your services. You should look at it as an opportunity to help someone out in need (good karma) and a chance to get your work out there seen by people and a useful addition to your portfolio. I have moved similar things to Outpatient Counselling (for the above reasons) and there is also an FAQ on this (I'll dig it out in a bit). Unless anyone objects I'll also move this over to OC.
