In Milwaukee, I'd consider it the low end of "enh, I guess I need the health insurance", but for New York? That's starvation wages. Then again, it's [i]possible[/i]... and you know what they say, "if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere." Just don't carry much cash on you, and leave your credit cards at home unless you're shopping. edit: All in all, I'd say take it. It's a tough job market right now, even after a year and a half of economic blah, and even if the job sucks it's good experience. The more work history you've got, the better.
