Normally, I get contracted to do server-side programming work (work for hire), but this guy wants me to become a partner and recieve a share of net profits (if any). Because of the purpose of the site, I want to make sure that I won't be involved in a libel suit if someone sues the other guy (not that I think it will happen, but it could). Am I safe from involvement, or can I make a contract with the other guy or put some agreement on the website that will take care of the issue?
