And on to the definition to a *non sexually super straight* guy: I am forced to separate myself from your homoerotic vision of what a "super straight white collar guy" is. I think the correct english word would be "regular", where I missused "straight": A person like that has "nothing more to prove, an MBA", is about 30 years old, and eager to label people. And quite often, a person like that has half of the technical knowledge he/she claims to have, a quarter of the common sense required to make decision, and thank God, contacts and a degree. Btw my company employs 1400 persons, local isp or not. ...would you think, when checking a site like www.cfxweb.net for instance, that it is a recruitment goldmine for companies like Activision or Lionhead? Would you think when seeing sites like www.pouet.net that most video games coders of today are there, hidden behind a nickname? Would you think http://www.assembly.org is sponsored by Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Sonera, HP and Nvidia? Does it prevent them from proudly displaying their coder colors, interest for pointless special effects and for wasting precious time over useless "show off" sessions, aka demos and demo contests? A passionate person is someone commited to what he does: whatever it is. Somehow who REALLY doesn't need to show off or claim. An "InI defined white collar super straight guy" is the kind of person who looks at the world through his asshole, thinking Swiss people are peasants while they invented that technology that lets you expose your mediocrity to the whole wide web, you know, that thing called internet? The knowitall who will so bore you at telling you how much he owns you that you'll never get a chance to see him act and add matter to his words. Oh well: the tone employed, the shit underneath, untold, make me boil. I am off the discussion for the moment: this doesn't mean that when I am calm I won't be able to stand criticism. As long as it is not formed as poorly as Dan's. [small](Edited by [internallink=947]InI[/internallink] on 05-17-2004 19:52)[/small]
