The layout style (call it, cosmetics)...jesus, I love it. Cant say anything here :P

The layout organization (call it, arrangements of sections and such)...ugh, PhpNuke. Why do i hate it, you may ask; well, because it is horrrrrribly generic and well, annoying with all that info put up without any reason at all, like polls and stats no one cares about (at least i dont). I mean, loook at the first page, content its just a couple of paragraphs, but, thanks to all the shit in the right column, there is a load of crap to scroll down.

And well, having to register to just navigate on the forums and see what there is for download its just a plainly bad idea. I mean, could i be a guest and lurk on the forums and at least take a peek on what i could downlad if i were registered would be somewhat good (i am still not very fond of it, but its reasonable).

Dont feel like looking at the code, as its well...phpnuke generated code, not much point on checking it.

The site crashes Opera, which is a very bad thing...

Like Alevice, I like the colors and general feel of the site.

Also agree with Alevice about the two side bars, they are way too long and contain a lot of useless information. Try not to have the side bars 'taller' than the site it self. Thing you could remove from the side bar are the 'NC Counter', 'Against TCPA', 'General' and 'Site Messager'.

The menu on the left side should also be made smaller. There are way to many links on it now. The 'directories' in the menu ('General', 'Business', etc) should either be links or be formated differently. As they are now I thought they were links to begin with. You should also add the little thing that when you're in a section the link leading to that section should not be a link and it should be formated differently. Reasons for this is that it isn't acctually a link anymore (doesn't take the user anywhere) and the formating will make it easier for the user to see where he is on the page.

I would also add some more information about what Natures-Child is in the 'Welcome to Na..' news field. Right now I have no idea what the site is about. And since you've set the forums to members only I can't check that out either to get an idea what this is all about. So you should add some more information to the front page and make the forums readable for all users. If you want to you can have a couple of forum-sections memebers-only, but most of the forum should be readable for everyone. That way more people will join since they'll get an idea what this is all about.

The information about cookies should be moved to the bottom of the page, since most people don't care about it (cookies are on by default) and should therefore not be bothered with it.

I would make the border between the news items and the background stand out a little more, darken it a couple of notches.

The style you use for the top menu buttons and the hot-topic titlebar doesn't really fit in with the rest of the page. Most of the site has a rather simplistic style with no hint of 3d'ishness except for some faint shadows,a nd then suddenly this bevelled thing comes. I would go with the simple style the whole way through.

The code is terrible, but since you've used phpNuke I won't comment any more on that...
