well I'd love to see the page with the CSS! For some reason my IE forgets that it is IE6 and totaly ignores the CSS link! |

Can I add something? The text is painful. Not only is it white on a mid-range gray, but it's a very small size and it's fixed. Maybe it's just because I'm late and tired and therefor my eyes are going, but I would go for a little more contrast (maybe) and bigger text--or at least relatively-sized text (definitely). |

I have tried to make my main page using relatively-sized texts (www.viol.net/mohaa) but it's was pure pain. Things don't work the same in IE6, Netscape6.22, Opera6 and Mozilla0.9, the four brands of browsers that I use to test my pages. So, I gave it up. My main page is still fixed sized, so all those browsers do show the same thing. |

Drac: as in relative values (percentage, em, etc.), not absolute, for text sizes. Is there a term for this that I am unaware of? |

Patrick: I wouldn't have those journal entries as just .txt files - they are virtually unreable and come as a bit of a suprise after viewing your site. Other than that it is shaping up nicely. Keep us informed on developments. |

Ok make the banner either wider or align to left, and align your news column with your link column |

Patrick: I think only you can decide the features but we can help you knock around ideas to make sure they are implemented well. Have a read through DmS' tutorial that he is submitting to the GN (and throw any comments you have into the 'Tutorial Submissions' forum): |

OK I did it. My site has some bugs i figure but in my eyes the site will work in resolutions 800x600 and up. It stay in the regular window and there is no horizontal scrollbar. I now want to focus on getting readable sixe text but not too big to comprimise my site look and feel. I don't like big text cause it makes the site look ugly. |
