As suggested i have also dropped frames and hopefully made good on other suggestions. Remember its only one page so links wont work, and sorry but i havnt sorted out formatting for for opera, mozilla etc yet so it only works properly in IE, just interested in what you all think of the change in design now, thanks alot.
