I've been doing web design for 2 years (I'm still learning) but I just recently got around to doing my own personal site. I use Paint Shop Pro, but before you turn your noses up, let me say that it's because I can't afford Photoshop. Even with my student discount, the damn thing is too pricey. I have the KPT6 plug-in and use it for just about every graphic. I've got the site on a free host right now, but I'll get a domain name and put it on a paid host when I've got the site completely finished. Anyway, some constructive criticism would be appreciated.
