A bit boring by my standards, but that's not necessarily a bad thing... One MAAJOR point - I must echo eyezaers concerns about that greenish/yellow bit at the top. That is just horrbily ugly :( I am also a little concerned that with all of that open space it still doesn't fit at 800x600.....not good :( There's no reason yo can't keep your design intact and make it liquid.
