ranjan: Welcome. On with some thoughts:

1. You have a splash page (which isn't necessary - well it sort of is as you pop your site into a new window which isn't required) whose simplicity is rather spoilt by the Tracking graphic.

2. The Flash movie looks to be a few pixels out from the layout of the rest of your page.

3. The Golden Web Award link opens into the same window which has all the scrolling switched off so there isn't an easy way to view the page (I'd target the page that opened the window).

4. Is that quick quote a good idea? I would imagine the results aren't going to be very accurate.

Overall its a pretty simple page and while I don't like the pop-up window it does the job.

[edit: remove rogue element and I might as well add that Dark is right I was meaning to mention that the thing that appears when you put the mouseover your award link looks out of place and needs to go]

I agree with Emp, however I think this site is very good. The nav is completly throwing the overal feel of this site, but none the less it's workable. I understand wanting to display an award and such, but do you have to have it like that? I mean wouldn't it be a better idea to just put it at the bottom or something? I've really never gotten used to haveing a site just pop up and the dimentions being smaller. It just feel to much like a pop-up ad. At least it doesn't change my screen size...

Comp-Act has been chosen to bear the 2002-2003 Golden Web Award. Move mouse here. <what in the world do you mean by "chosen to bear?" That's just so strange sounding. Try "We've been honored with" or We've been presented" or something like that. "Chosen to bear" has a negative sound to it IMO>

The thing I always look real hard at in a web site is the content. The site can be the greatest-looking site in the world, but poor content instantly counters the first impression. The viewer starts thinking that you might not be quite as professional. Always keep that in mind!
