Ok, It looks very sweet but there are a few things that bug me. I hope you haven't finished the launch page yet. Actualy, I don't think you need it or the popup window. You need to make things obviously clickabul. If my mouse cursor doesn't change it just doesn't feel right. Your wasting a lot of screen space under the menu. Why? I took me a while before I notied the image links at the top of each content area. I think they they blen in too much. Their not the most obvious link looking things as they all look like graphical headers. The typography could use a lot of work too. A right margin would be nice :) In the character Profile section both the 'Character Profile' link and 'story' link point to the same image? Are they meant to do that? In the Constructive Narrative section the 'story' link is broken. There's no introduction of any kind. Your not explaining to you viewers what you've got to show off. No front page, just a blank area and a menu. I think it needs something. Waiting for it to load with and only getting a header image and a menu made me think the page was still loading. Overall I think the main areas you need to focus on are making things more obvious and typography. Look into using screen fonts and CSS. Increasing the lineheight would go a long way to increase readability. Making the text more contrasting and using all of that wasted space would go a long way to making things more readabul.
