The only things I can comment on, because your site is functional (including the cart-I checked), is colors and links. Funny because this was an area I had to learn about here. :) Concerning the colors, the menu titles, in the main content area, have a background color that is nearly indistinguishable from the page color. Super light yellow against white . You might think about darkening one or the other. Links. half of the page has links that change case, the other half doesn't. Perhaps they could all be the same?
