ok besides the regular css that you can make dotted lines with...is there any way to make them smaller??? I dont' like how they come out with 1px size..

any ideas?

What exactly do you mean my "smaller"? The actual size can't be less than 1px, because... it'd be 0 and practically invisible then

If you're talking about the spacing between the dots though, I believe it's pretty much up to the browser how to deal with that. I don't know of a CSS property you could use to control it.

You should clarify what you mean by smaller than 1px, and what exactly it is that you're trying to make smaller. There may be a solution, it's just not clear what you're asking.

well ok.... you know how you can make dotted or dashed line with css right? ok.. now.. when I do it, the line is just plain ugly. I know its 1px but it just looks weird. maybe is there a way to make the spacing smaller between the dots???

Although, sometimes changing it to 2px rather than 1px makes the dots appear differently in IE. (I think IE treats 1px dotted as 1px dashed.)
