OK, why is it all over the Internet, I'm always seeing a little picture saying Jan 25 1994? All the time. They're everywhere. I don't know if it's important, but just what does it mean? I don't know. Do you? |

It almost looks like it's a misinterpreted character from a different character set (unicode or something). I know on my system, if the character set is wrong, firefox will display a little box with the hex code of the character (eg FF FD). |
