You need to be a bit more specific here... And also, you may want to start with Google

then if you have more specific questions, I am sure you will find someone kind enough to help you here, but it is better to start with your own research, whatever you need to do.

Kimson is right of course, but I to get your brain ticking over you may want to think about what quality of music you'll be using, will it be lo-fi midi or higher quality wav or mp3, perhaps using Flash to create a small player would be useful.

If you insist on background music please use at least half the page as a big button that says something like. STOP MUSIC. And there must be NO WAY to start the music again other than hacking your host.

To Make this work u will need to upload ur song to your website.
I would suggest you make a folder and name it music and upload ur songs in that folder.
This MP3 code works in html and php.
Hope this helps

Fwiw, whenever I fall on a random web site with some music it must be really really interresting content-wise for I don't hunt down the tab/window within the next couple of seconds. Music on a web site is a bad idea. People are usually listening some music they do like or their speakers/headphones might be idling with undetermined volume setting, so having some loooud or shutering music all of the sudden is not a good idea.
