You'll notice how the green leaf and the green grass nicely offset the blackberry laden steaming pile of bear shit. =) 50ft from the back door 20 ft from the studio door.

Sorry I haven't been around much, lately. Will definitely see if I can find something (or someone) green to drop in this week's POW... and I know I say that all the time... well, apart from the green bit... um...

It's good to see some interesting posts, It's exactly what I was hoping for when I put forward the topic of green, anything with a green feel

Green as green can be and soon to be fried. Perhaps today. =)



And this was taken the same day I snapped the bear buziness. This was a bit of a fortuitous find as I've been looking for a nouveau template for some wood carving I've been considering for years. And if there was any doubt at all that the nouveau period was based on nature... this should clear it up. Some colour correction is needed but they are indeed green... yellowish green. The background is a charcoal coloured paper which is unfortunately coming out a bit purple-ish.



Almost forgot it's a grapevine.
