Hiya gang. Long time no POW, wow.
Gosh I'm a bit rusty at this, Let's see if I can start a new topic and new post without too many hiccups.
i'm looking for photographs that are predominately blue in colour and/or theme.

I'm really tempted to jump in with a PS punt back over the net at you... but history shows that I am not particularly reliable, and I'd probably forestall the process more than if I just watch quietly from the wings.

However, if nobody comes back with anything by the weekend, I might slide a humble submission under the door.

...that is, if I can get over the idea of defacing such a gorgeous photograph! That really is a bit of a masterpiece. So many of your images make me want to give up everything in pursuit of a career in photography.

I haven't got anything in stock that I could put forward to this weeks POW, but Tao the full version of your submission is truly awesome.

Any chance you'd mind posting the original full image? I'd like to use it as my desktop image if that's all right (3200x1200 or 3840x1200, or something close so it's not quite so stretched ).

I have sold a few prints of this photograph at a size roughly of 33"x 14" and I'm hoping to sell a lot more this year. I'm teaching myself to make frames so I'm not lashing out £50 for each image sold. I can hack out a wonky old frame for my own use but I feel if I am selling it as a work of art I need to make a quality frame.

In total I used nine RAW photos to make the completed image. Three sets of three photos using a bracketed exposure method on my camera. I then imported these into Photomatix to get a nice HDR range. This then left me with three images that I then imported into Photoshop, stitched together and played some more.

I'm not on the computer with the finished image Lord_Fukutoku so I can't post it up just yet, but I will send you something in the near future.
