Try [url=http://www.webwhirlers.com/colors]www.webwhirlers.com/colors[/url] , read the tutorials and what ever you think you should know. Also use the wheel of colors to find a few colors that are nice to the eyes. Also i looked at your site in 800x600 and there i a horizontal scroll which isn't good. Try and make the bar at the top just a little less wide. The Javascript widows are good but look bulky to me.
