The colors are OK, it's for a candy store, so the pink and rainbow color scheme fits. I thought maybe you could have played more with a "chocolate" color scheme, but maybe that's just because I prefer chocolate, heh. (And I love warm brown colors, as is well known.) Still, the current colors can work, assuming the personality of the store, but it might be too "girly", heh. The content area is odd to me, so restricted in height as it is. This can work for you, but those vast fields of pink get too much for me. The rainbow border, it seems somewhat dithered on the corners, I think you've made it transparent to a white background instead of pink like you have on screen. I don't know, I might be tempted to try a few other background/framing schemes, it seems to me you can get a lot more mileage out of the whole "candy" thing, this doesn't say enough about that aspect to me. The girls face, you could do that really sharp and save it as a GIF, it'd be a tiny image in terms of bandwidth. The menu works, but again, it's maybe a little plain, and only three links? It might be nice to show a simplified map so people know which corner it's on! The games are... well, they're games. But what's the point of them? If you're going to use them as a top-level link, they should be totally rad and cool, these are a bit ho-hum (ie: boring. ;-) Overall? My take is this. I'd reconsider the long, short box format, and try and use a bit more space, alternatively you could do something more interesting with that pink background. Assuming you stay with this layout, I'd fix the transparency on that rainbow background. Content-wise, a bit more presentation of the candy store itself might be more valuable than those games. Maybe a picture of bins after bins of fresh, yummy candy? Maybe a map showing exactly where they are? Hmm, my apologies if this is a live site (as it appears it is) and is past revising.
