It is getting replaced by a clean logo, small and simple. That means the award text at the bottom will have more room. Twitch, yeah it does have that print feel to it. It's not really a powerful website. It is completely css, html, and javascript. The client just wanted a simple site that he could show off his work in attempt to draw more of a crowd to his print imagery. If I have time I'll throw in a dhtml dropdown for the galleries a la computerarts style. thanks.
