The home and links mouseover colour isn't a good one - try for something in gold. 2. I like your intro (although lets have a button to toggle the sound on and off if that is possible - I'm listening to music and I'm sure other people are or are in offices where it is not the best thing to have music blaring out) but you overuse the fact that you aren't actually constrined by the box. Things are lying all other place and it might be best to save it for a few specific elements to suprise people and catch their attention. You are dealing with an audience with a very jaded pallette so don't give away all your best tricks cheaply.
