Topic: So logos aren't my strong suit... (Page 1 of 1)

Ok, so I'm working on a logo-type idea, the only problem..I'm not all that good at it. The logo is for a boys school called atlas and from the direction I've recieved, they want a globe with kids holding it up. Anywho, I kind of like my globe, the kids seem kinda' gay, I dunno. I guess I am just at a dead-end. If anybody has any specific criticisms, or broader suggestions for material to study on logo-design, I'd sure appreciate it...Thanks.

cpkdog: I think you've done a nice job there - it reminds me of the kind of logo schoools or children's hospitals and charities have so you must be doing something right. My major concern is the font you've used - it doesn't seem quite right - you might want to try something simpler and chunkier.

I'll move this to the PS forum where it'll get the attention it deserves.
