I can't see any point in that Flash movie. Better than using it on a splash screen but a waste of valuable front page real estate. 5. Use all lower or upper case a mix doesn't look great (I'd go with lower case and keep things future compatible). 6. the odd typo like "Don'w". 7. Your curves need aliasing. 8. I'm not convinced by the nav bar. What I might do is separate the navigation from the contact link with a curve across the bar. Overall it looks good and it I like the use of colours and the balance of the page - although that is quite a few comments they are fairly minor and a few tweaks should sort them out.
