Nice graphics, didn't take much time to load either

The content areas are way to small. You should make them bigger, but I'm not sure how you should do that without ruining the graphics. Maybe make the whole thing wider so it fills the whole screen?

The custom scroll bars don't work in Moz1.1. In the 'main' area I get standard scrollbars outside those you have created, but in the 'shoutbox' section there is only the non-functioning scrollbars so I can't see what people has written before me.

Except from that; nice page.

yes I know that. the graphic wasn't first supposed to fit in
a page...but after a while I decided to take it in...
so I don't want to change anything either.

sure, I know that...but the scrolls are plenty fine I think so I don't
make something special for mozilla :-/

Wow, 295 k for a website that will only work in one browser and it nearly illegible to boot!

I know you said this was just a site for fun but as a "website", something that presents some form of information to a visitor it's lacking.

Technically speaking it's great (apart from the IE only bit) but as for content and useability, well, it could use a lot of um, tweaking.

Although it's good to see you paying around and experimenting with ideas, but please do listen to Veneficuz's advice, cause without a core foundation of useability all the DHTML in the world ain't gonna ~make~ the website.

I'm also sure you could cut the size down quite a lot. I mean, almost 300k?

Where?s all that data hiding?

You should be able to pack nearly three times that amount of imagery into 300k without any visible compression errors.

Veneficuz is right about your coding too, it could be a little cleaner and a little more um, valid. You?ve also got lots of uppercase tags and your setting a lot of name value pairs without ?quotes ?, which won?t validate for that HTML 4.01 Transitional DTD that you?ve set.

that the site is a lot too biggie...but there are
no artworks of mine so the whole site is my
"artwork", you know.

I made this site in dreamweaver (most of you
don't like WYSIWYG editors...). I don't know
much about HTML (I know the basic tags so far)
But finally the whole concept is done by me. All
the graphics and the php part as well (shoutbox!).

anyway...the site is working in ie, netscape and
opera...

Is it just me, or is there nothing there? It goes to index2.php and I get a blank white page... after waiting for those images to load...

Very weird... it goes through the whole preloading thing, and then I just get a blank white page. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm using IE6 for the PC, by the way.

on my notebook (xp with ie6) it works
fine.
